The events that began in the country from late September 2022 with the death of Mahsa Amini had various dimensions and aspects, the most important of which was the discourse and process-making of overseas media networks about the mentioned incident. Among the active and influential networks in this regard is the Iran International television network, which reproduced a complex array of narratives about Mahsa Amini's death and subsequent events. Accordingly, the present research, with a descriptive-analytical method, explains the process of public opinion inversion in the Iran International network. The research findings showed that the inversion of public opinion in the Iran International network was conducted using categories and concepts such as emphasizing, under-representing, emotional and affective stimulation, creating symmetry, and partial truth-telling. In this context, in the events following Mahsa Amini's death, efforts to depict the country's officials as violent, cruel, and indifferent to others' needs and emotions without providing real information, labeling with terms such as "misogynist regime" and "Taliban regime," and attempting to demonize Iran's political structure were among the strategies related to the mentioned categories and concepts by the Iran International network.
