The family, as the primary social and educational institution, plays a fundamental role in shaping individual personality, values, and capabilities, with its influence extending significantly into social and organizational domains. Given the Supreme Leader's repeated emphasis on the critical position of the family in the elevation of both individuals and society, this study examines the dimensions and mechanisms through which the family impacts organizational success within the framework of His Eminence's perspectives. The primary objective is to develop a practical model that elucidates the role of the four key family dimensions—emotional, supportive, educational, and social—in enhancing organizational performance and success, with particular emphasis on the statements of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
This qualitative research employs thematic analysis to extract and categorize key concepts from the Supreme Leader's statements. The findings indicate that the four dimensions of the family contribute to the formation of competent and committed human resources in organizations by strengthening individuals' psychological, ethical, and social capital. Consequently, the family is not merely a foundational institution for individual upbringing but also a strategic entity in human resource development and long-term organizational sustainability.
